Breakfast:
Scrambled eggs cooked in butter or coconut oil
Sautéed spinach or kale
Avocado slices
Bulletproof coffee (coffee blended with MCT oil and grass-fed butter or coconut oil)
Snack:
Handful of macadamia nuts or almonds
Lunch:
Grilled chicken or salmon
Cauliflower rice sautéed with vegetables (like bell peppers, onions, and broccoli) in olive oil or coconut oil
Mixed greens salad with olive oil and vinegar dressing
Snack:
Celery sticks with cream cheese or almond butter
Dinner:
Steak cooked in olive oil or ghee
Roasted asparagus or green beans tossed in olive oil
Mashed cauliflower (prepared similar to mashed potatoes but with cauliflower instead)
Keto-friendly dessert option: Coconut flour chocolate chip cookies or sugar-free dark chocolate
Additional Tips:
Stay hydrated throughout the day by drinking plenty of water.
Pay attention to your electrolyte intake, especially sodium, potassium, and magnesium, as they can be depleted on a ketogenic diet. Consider incorporating foods rich in these electrolytes or using supplements if needed.
