Overcoming depression while trying to lose weight can be particularly challenging.
So I made a decision that I wanted to overcome my depression and lose weight as well. These are the ways that help me overcome my depression and lose weight.
I had a positive mindset of overcoming my depression and losing weight so
- I Created a Support Network by surrounding myself with supportive friends, and family and joined a support group where we shared experiences and received encouragement.
- I avoided Negative Self-Talk by Challenging and replacing negative thoughts with positive ones by practicing self-compassion and reminding myself that progress takes time
- I Stayed Active by engaging in physical activities I enjoyed, such as walking, swimming, and dancing. According to research, exercise helps improve mood by releasing endorphins that aid in weight loss.
- I engaged myself in pleasurable Activities. These were activities that brought me joy and satisfaction. So just reflect your mind on activities that bring you joy and start with it.
- I develop a Balanced Routine for regular physical activity, a balanced diet, adequate sleep, and relaxation techniques such as mindfulness.
- I Practiced Mindful Eating by changing my junkie recipes to KETO Recipes which I called the magic.
KETO Recipes has been the backbone of my weight loss and I believe it will be yours too. You can practice what I have shared with you, but losing weight will be challenging if you don’t change your recipes or diet. Note that, what goes into our mouth plays a major role in our lives because we are who we eat.
