About UFH Online admission requirements 2023-2024
Over time, universities have gained appeal as more students than ever before want to pursue a degree. Every year, this has increased the number of applicants to universities. Universities now request online applications from prospective students as a component of the admissions process. After submitting an application to study at UFH, you will be required to finish a number of tasks on their website.
Your admission request will be used by the UFH admissions staff to assess your eligibility for enrollment in their program. Knowing where your application stands right now and what has to be done can be difficult, though.
We've provided some advice on how to check the progress of your application and what you should do after submitting it to assist you along the path.
Applicants must fulfill the following eligibility conditions in order to be admitted to degree-granting programs:
Undergraduate Admission requirement:
- Applicants with a South African National Senior Certificate (NSC) must pass a minimum of four topics in any four 20-credit NSC subjects with a level of 4 (Adequate Achievement, 50-59%) or better.
- Senior Certificate holders from South Africa require matriculation endorsement.
- Please consult the Study Guide for more details on the requirements for an undergraduate degree.
- Parental/Guardian Declaration for Minor All applications from prospective students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an application.
Postgraduate Admission requirement:
- Each program has its own standards for admission to postgraduate study. It is encouraged that you speak with the Faculty directly to learn what is needed to enroll in a course or get a degree.
International Students
Undergraduate
Candidates who have school-leaving diplomas from countries other than South Africa must be eligible for a matriculation exemption certificate. Visit the Matriculation Board website at www.hesa.org.za for additional information on the evaluation of qualifications. All applications submitted by learners under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a Declaration by Parent/Guardian for Minor Applicants.
No late applications will be accepted after the deadline for international applicants, which is August 31, 2022.
Postgraduate
The South African Qualifications Authority must evaluate the credentials of all applicants with non-South African degrees (SAQA). Please visit the SAQA website at www.saqa.org.za for additional information about the appraisal of qualifications. The prospective student is in charge of sending SAQA his or her supporting documents.
No late applications will be accepted after the deadline for international applicants, which is August 31, 2022.
