Oversees numerous large-scale projects from start to finish. Monitors internal and/or external resources guides others in seeking and managing such resources and oversees the work of big project teams. proactive monitoring of risks, problems, and triggering events inside and between projects. ensures that project stakeholders are on the same page, supportive, engaged, and engaged. Verifies service level agreements are met, evaluates vendor performance levels, and takes part in contract talks with vendors.

- Promotes learning in others by communicating information and providing advice to drive projects forward; builds relationships with cross-functional stakeholders. - Conducts or oversees business-specific projects by applying deep expertise in subject area; promotes adherence to all procedures and policies. Partners internally and externally to make effective business decisions; determines and carries out processes and methodologies; solves complex problems; escalates high-priority issues or risks, as appropriate; monitors progress and results. Develops work plans to meet business priorities and deadlines; coordinates and delegates resources to accomplish organizational goals. Recognizes and capitalizes on improvement opportunities; evaluates recommendations made; influences the completion of project tasks by others.
- Manages multiple large-scale projects with responsibility and accountability for project outcomes from initiation to close-out. Develops, analyzes, and manages complex project plans which include scope identification and management, schedule, inter-dependencies, and resource forecast. Manages and monitors the project financials of multiple large projects. Monitors overall project performance (e.g., on time, on budget, within scope, and with quality) against the plan, ensuring measurement of business benefits and outcomes, and makes adjustments as needed. Leads project activities related to organizational change management (e.g., development and execution of user adoption, implementation, and training plans) as defined by the project. Drives allocation of resources and establishes schedules, and task assignments to ensure established project management practices are in place.
- Leads the work of large project teams by monitoring internal and external resources. Leads others in requesting and coordinating internal and/ or external resources based on the alignment of team member skills and project demands. Communicates a clear vision of project goals and objectives to the team. Delivers performance feedback to team members' supervisors.
- Proactively monitors identify, and mitigates project risks, issues, and trigger events by developing mitigation plans and strategies; and resolving or escalating risks or issues as appropriate.
- Monitors adherence of project activities to policies and procedures by ensuring project plans and team members follow KP, departmental, and/or business line policies and procedures.
- Ensures the alignment, buy-in, engagement, and support of diverse project stakeholders by building and maintaining relationships as well as communicating appropriately with internal customers, third-party vendors, senior management, and business leaders; and clarifying accountability and authority across stakeholders. Identifies and works closely with key stakeholders based on their level of influence and decision-making and ensures all appropriate stakeholders are represented and included. Provides insight to key stakeholders and project sponsors by developing project goals, setting the prioritization of deliverables, discussing the involvement of business processes (e.g. project change management, communication), and facilitating decisions necessary for project delivery. Communicates tough issues to stakeholders while maintaining an independent opinion, providing recommendations, delivering formal presentations, and providing reports to various senior audiences.
- Reviews vendor performance levels and ensures service level agreements are met. Partners with Procurement and/or Legal to develop service level and/or scope of work agreements as appropriate. Participates in contract negotiations with vendors and reviews project invoices submitted by vendors for accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum three (3) years experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience implementing large, complex projects in a corporate, non-profit, or government environment.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and minimum eight (8) years experience in project management or a directly related field OR Minimum eleven (11) years experience in project management or a directly related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two (2) years experience managing operational or project budgets.
- Three (3) years experience working with advanced Excel functions including, formulas, pivot tables, vlookup, etc.
- Three (3) years data analytics experience.
- Three (3) years experience working in a matrixed organization.
- Two (2) years healthcare experience.
- Three (3) years experience delivering presentations to senior management.
- Three (3) years inter-regional project management experience.
- Three (3) years experience working with project management software.
- Three (3) years experience working with collaboration software (e.g., Sharepoint, MS Teams, etc.).
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent project/program management certification.
- Completion of a project management educational training or certification program.
- Lean/Six Sigma certification.
