Requirements for SRD R350 grant applications

The following are the requirements or standards that candidates must meet in order to apply for the application:

  • Candidates must be South African citizens, permanent residents, refugees, asylum seekers, or holders of special permits.
  • Candidates must be unemployed.
  • Candidates must be financially independent and not have any other sources of income.
  • Candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 60.
