About UNIVEN Online Application Status 2023-2024
To check your UNIVEN application status, follow the steps below:
- Visit the UNIVEN website: Go to the UNIVEN website at www.univen.ac.za.
- Click on “Student Portal”: On the homepage, click on the “Student Portal” link.
- Login to the student portal: Enter your username and password to log in to the student portal.
- Check your application status: Once you have logged in, click on the “Applications” tab. Here you will see a list of your submitted applications, along with the status of each application.
- Enter your ID number
- Applicant’s details will appear
- Qualifications that you applied for will appear with statuses showing whether you qualify or not qualify for admission
- On the right side of qualifications that you are qualifying for admission “REQUEST OFFER” button to click
- You will only be given one chance to choose one qualification
- Make sure that you click on the qualification that you want to be admitted to
Result Codes:
i) ID not found – No application found or application not captured
ii) Request for admission – Student must request for admission
iii) Requested for admission – Student has not been allocated space
iv) Admitted – Student has been allocated space and must continue to register online
- Contact UNIVEN if necessary: If your application status is not updated, or if you have any questions or concerns, you can contact the UNIVEN admissions office directly by email or phone. Their contact details can be found on the university’s website.
