Effective communication abilities with the targeted age groups serviced are displayed. identifies one's own learning needs and engages in educational initiatives according to the patient groups serviced according to their age (Neonatal, Pediatric, Adolescent, Geriatric). collaborates, coordinates, and interacts with other members of the healthcare team to plan and deliver care. evaluates the needs of specific patients who need hospitalization; starts nursing admission database; collaborates with inpatient staff and doctor on release plans. Effectively collaborates and interacts with other team members to complete the job.
