Department Description:

Choice Products manages and develops our Point of Service (POS) and Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) products that provide members with flexibility and provider choice outside of Kaiser Permanent

Intern Projects:

Take inventory of all choice product related information that is out there from SharePoints, InfoSource, trainings, and marketing collateral. Then update all the outdated InfoSource pages for two purposes 1. better manage changes for future product enhancements 2. drive to better consistency across the program. 

Target Majors:

Business Administration; Marketing; Health Care Administration; Product Management

Target Skillset:

Microsoft Office, experience in SharePoint, self-driven, communication, organizational skills

• Pursuing a graduate degree or have completed a graduate program from an accredited university within the last year.

Additional Requirements:

• Aptitude to perform data and process analytics and formulating solutions.

• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.  

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to learn quickly and experience producing high quality work in short periods of time.

• 3.0 GPA or above

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proven ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
