About How to register UFS Online 2023-2024

As soon as they begin the online application process, potential applicants are asked to send their completed applications to UFS Application. The steps for applying are as follows:

 

Decide what program you would like to study

Review the UFS Undergraduate Prospectus and decide what field of study you would to pursue.

Before enrolling in any qualification at UFS, you MUST submit an application for admission within the appropriate application period.

Your application will be evaluated by UFS based on your final undergraduate grade and the academic admission standards for the chosen qualification.

If you meet the requirements for admission and are given a spot, you must accept the offer within the allotted time frame in order to be allowed to register.

You must sign up. You will need to reapply for the following academic year if for any reason you did not enrol for the previous academic year.

A letter confirming your enrollment for the semester or academic year will be delivered to your myUFS account after your University of the Free State, UFS registration is complete.

 

Get your application ready.

When submitting an online application, make sure you have all the required papers available in an electronic format. The necessary documents are listed below:
– A certified copy of your passport or South African identification document (for foreign students)

– Verified copies of every prior credential certificate

– Any previous academic transcripts, certified copies.
When you submit your application, certified copies should not be more than three months old.

 

Publish your online application now

Once you have all of the aforementioned documents, you can begin the UFS Online Application by navigating to the following link: https://apply.ufs.ac.za/

You will be prompted to upload the necessary documents in the application.

You will receive an automated email confirmation after submitting the application confirming that UFS has received it.

The Process of Selecting

On December 1st, 2021, you will get an email informing you of your success.

By this time, if you have not received an email, your application was unsuccessful.
