Under direct supervision, carries out standard meal preparation, tray assembly, serving, and delivery tasks in accordance with established protocols and production schedules. It is your responsibility to keep the kitchens and/or food serving stations clean.

Upholds KP's policies and procedures, its principles of responsibility, and all relevant local, state, and federal laws.
– Puts together all food and non-food items for catering, cafeteria, and/or patient trays.
– Delivers food carts with patient meals, catered meals, and sustenance to the proper meeting spaces and pantries.
– After dinner services, gathers dirty plates and returns them to the dishroom.
– Ensures that all food and non-food items are of a high standard of quality and appearance, and that they are stored according to Hazard Analysis Critical Control Policy (HACCP) standards.
– Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains all kitchenware, food delivery carts, tools, workspaces, and food stations in the pantry.
– Maintains appropriate supply levels in one's workspace, which includes taking and filing inventory and getting rid of expired food.
– Makes use of efficient communication methods, such as telephone calls with clients, doctors, and members, as well as with suppliers, employees, and coworkers.

– Gathers and keeps track of written data, such as logs, menus, slips, charts, forms, requisitions, filing, and scheduling operations.
– May offer orientation and training.
